Stephanie Cipriani is senior vice president and market manager of Community Development Banking for PNC Bank in the Pittsburgh, Erie, Central PA and Morgantown markets.
In her role with Community Development Banking, Cipriani is responsible to provide accessible, creative, and affordable banking services to targeted customers in a manner consistent with the Bank’s commitment toward the growth and prosperity of its communities and the preservation of capital, profitability and shareholder value. Targeted customers include low and moderate income communities, community development corporations, non-profit and for-profit real estate development companies, and non-profit social service providers.
Cipriani has been in the community development field for over 27 years. Prior to joining PNC in April of 2008, Cipriani worked for National City as an Executive Director for the National City Community Development Corporation in Western Pennsylvania and also held the position as the Community Reinvestment Officer for Integra Bank.
In 2000, Cipriani was named among Pennsylvania’s “50 Best Women in Business.” She currently serves as a Board Member for Landmarks Community Capital Corporation and Action Housing Inc. She also serves on the Mon Valley Initiative Community Investment Fund. Cipriani has served as a Board Member of the Pittsburgh Partnership for Neighborhood Development (PPND), Rural Local Initiative Support Corporation, the Pittsburgh Housing Development Corporation, the Pittsburgh Housing Authority and the Northside Community Development Fund.
